Bag of Tricks Vol. 61: Dupeks’ Useful Keybind Compendium

Bog of Tricks Logo

Welcome to the latest installment of our Bag of Tricks! On some days you will find useful tricks, gimmicks and ideas here that can make life in Neverwinter Online easier. Some of the stuff should be well known, but since even veterans learn something new every now and then, chance is you can, too.

Keybind Compendium

Keybinds are one of the more frequent topics on this format as they can be a major asset. We’ve had a few useful posts on the topic here and there, but Neverwinter Uncensored regular dupeks hit the ball out of the park with his useful keybind compendium lately.

It’s not only a basic guide how to set up your keybinds, but also a collection of almost every major shortcut and useful alias we know. It’s still an ongoing process and dupeks edits and adds to the original post in case a user brings up something helpful.

Advanced Modules

But dupeks wouldn’t stop there. In a second post they outlined how to bind target-able powers to always be cast on a certain player in your group. DC’s Exaltation for example is a power that you seldom want to cast except for a specific target. Because of that, the outlined keybinds and aliases are set up to override your power keys with a targeted command. That way you can’t accidentally cast it in a non-targeted way.

Overall it’s an impressive work! If you want to get a little bit more out of your keybinds, you definitely should take a look!
