Lia Knowles (@rinat114) Exits Game After Ban, Says Goodbye to Her Crusaders

Sorry for those that were waiting for the Neverwinter Weekender in its usual Friday spot. We unfortunately had no time for a write-up today and had to postpone it to tomorrow.

Well known Great Weapon Fighter Lia Knowles (@rinat114) was permanently banned for undisclosed reasons a little over two weeks ago. She stated she will not remain with the game. Lia was a public figure in the Neverwinter community as both GWF excellence and leader of the Crusaders guild and Relentless alliance. Playing the game since 2014 she runs a Youtube channel and next to Lazalia probably contributed the most popular build and guide for Great Weapon Fighters. She took down her build on MMOMinds, but it might still be available on Youtube or Arcgames.

Being a public face she has been a popular target of drama, trash talk and name-calling. In the last months for example Neverwinter streamer AlsRandomKill was accused of stealing her build and someone apparently trolled her by posting her account for sale on the EpicNPC marketplace. This news is no troll and no rumor though, Lia Knowles unfortunately has wielded her last sword. Rinat tried to work support to get the account back for the last two weeks to no avail, and eventually gave up. She won’t likely pick up another MMO and focus on other stuff instead.

We can only speculate about the reason and legitimacy of the ban at this point. More important to us however is the fact that losing such a high-profile player is never great, no matter the circumstances. She was always a willing respondent behind the scenes and never shied away from controversial accusations or conversations with us. A big shout-out is delivered on her behalf to the members of the Crusaders guild, which are the only reason she stuck with the game for so long.

We at Neverwinter:Uncensored wish her all the best on and off the screen in the future.

It is a good thing that Lia got banned for whatever the rule violation. It shows that nobody, regardless of their contributions, is above the rules.

u kiddn , we all know that the support of PWE sux big time, not only speakn of random banns and that literally random ( bunch of proofs for that where ppl got banned for literly nothn and that even committed by folks of PWE that it happend )

not to mention that mods abuse their knowledge of new content before release in order to manipulate the AH or even sell AD for real money ( fact and as bunch of proofs for it ) …. beside other crap

forget about the fact that every crap over there is censored soon as u start a topic which those dislike , and even worse

ofc if the ban was rightfully, i ll stfup, but honestly i doubt that, it ´s like acusing some one to dno bot or what so ever , while he or she spend shit load of real money in it, as money aint such an big value for some one as it would be for others

None of the people donated because she was the guild leader. They did it to help a friend out. I highly doubt that any of them regret their donations even in light of the ban.

So? Did I said someone regret or was forced to donate? I dont care, just pointed him about spending real cash. Lia couldnt be p2w player. Thats all.

The Crusaders are heartbroken to lose our leader Lia from the game. We currently have a triumvirate of leadership and are continuing to kick ass in her name.

So to be clear she gets caught botting after being temp banned 5 or 6 times for the same thing and when Cryptic/PWE gets fed up and perma bans her it’s somehow “Fuck you Cryptic I won’t support you anymore and I’m leaving the game!” ?? Lol. Cmon, man.

All i can say is this woman would tell people how to play the game and think she was better than everyone else, this bann has obviously come because she is a botter and isnt the 1st i know to recieve this ban for it. I fully hope cryptic continue to hunt down these cheaters and ban them all to the last one. *Hint , check the rest of the crusaders.

Hint, as a Crusader, no one has ever botted. We’re strongly against it actually, and if we find out someone HAS botted, he/she just instantly gets kicked out. She hasn’t said anything on how to play it, she posted a fucking guide because people wanted to see what they should do. Not everyone is some god-tier player that can instantly do the math in their head, so she did it for them.

Shame on you for lying. You are speaking like government spokesperson. It has not been disclosed why she got bAnned? are u kidding us? She got banned and she doesn’t know the reason? She was botting the SHIT out of the game.
I am very glad she got banned because she was CHEATING the game and the users. The game because she was botting and the users because they relied on her build and asked for their money when her pc broke down. Like she did not have money to buy her own PC?? Her web page was super popular and CHECK HER items in game. Full legendary mounts and companions. She got those from real-time farming? OF COURSE NOT. she bought them or “bot” them.
The whole server knows what aholes you Holy Crussaders are. Now you are just strengthening this idea.
Let them check all you cheaters and ban you all from the game because you are ruining it.

One of the best things that have ever happened in Neverwinter! She continously posted in Reddit that she was filthy rich, now you know why! Oh wait… Maybe this is a strategy! One of these days she will stream: hey, I want to go back but I have to start from scratch, can you please help me out? please donate as you did when I needed a new laptop. Thank you for being so stupid boys. Her key for success: copy a guide from another player, keep posting any info even if it’s completely wrong, doesn’t matter because any idiot will believe it and profit! By the way, do you want to know who is really happy right now? One of her officers donated $300 for her laptop and now she’s the new guild leader. LOL. She was already banned several times before, got a new pc out of the idiots that donated because she knew that her permaban was really close.

True, so much hate, but if she botted and bragged about being stacked, got banned repeatedly (which serves as a warning if you got the tiniest bit of brains in ur skull) for it and didn’t stop, it was a well deserved ban, “rule violation = dumb beyond belief” or “rule violation = Greed”.

Heed your warnings, keep your bot accrued wealth and lay the fuq low.

She made herself a target I guess

My exchanges with her were rather pleasant. If only, she should calm down and think of those that donated to her to appreciate her work with the build when she thinks about keeping it down.

  • March 7, 2017 at 9:04 am
    Permalink

Botted or NOT! Why does it matter to anyone what she did. Ok she got banned if she did get caught but if she didnt and their was another reason who cares honestly. Let the girl be and let her move on or make a new account and bot/work on the shit again. Regardless many like the build she had and honestly I know she is mad for gettin banned but why remove the build. It will be appriciated by new player that are learning the class. Ok so maybe she copied it or maybe she didnt copy it from another player. Let it go and stop acting like drama queens.

My ending statement so I dont rant about it is. Good job Cryptic for catching a botter and banning her/them (IF THAT WAS THE REAL REASON). Lia honestly if that was the reason and you ARE pissed…….think about your Guild and position as a GM of it. Do you honestly think they are happy that they put in effort for the Guild and effort to help you get back to play by helping you get a laptop/pc and then you repay them by removing that Guide you posted for other/them was a rightful reason to do it or do you have yourself to blame for getting caught botting (IF ITS TRUE).

We don’t really think much of that. We can discuss builds in the chat, and the guild forums. And once again, she hasn’t botted, not even once.

I liked her build and would like a statement by cryptic on the reason. if it was botting I can understand.

As for her build it is still relatively easy to get it just use a archive.org/web/web.php and you have access to it 🙂

I wasn’t impressed by her Lisa’s GWF build and I am happy I no longer follow her build. I found a different website and currently following the players build. With my current build I defeated the Beholder at level 61 in the quest The Vault of Nine.

Well, if one reason she was banned for ‘botting’, that’s great news. I see no reason for botting. Anyone could earn over 350,000 AD every 2 to 3 days easily. 2 days-1 Mithral Philosopher’s Stone and 4 Grandmaster Alchemist’s for each crafting slot. All you have to do have 10 character slots. Each character slot would have Alchemy maxed at level 25. Then you can create 7 Elemental Aggregate. 1 Aggregate per crafting slot because at level 60 you would have a total of 7 crafting slots available. 10 character slots will total to 70 Elemental Aggregate’s every 2 days. Then you can sell them in the Auction where you would profit 5,000 AD with each Aggregate and the total is 350,000 AD. Now imagine 20 character slots that 700K AD every 2 days or 30 character slot 1,500,000 AD every 2 days.

What I had explained is one method I figured out myself and, of course, working on at the moment. I have completed the method with one character and working on my second character following the method. It may take time to invest in but that is a solution so you would never have to ‘bot’ and risking to become banned from Neverwinter.

Well… long time coming, was gonna happen eventually. Botting is a violation of rules regardless of how influential a person may be in the game. I can’t say i feel much regret as my only interactions in passing havn’t left me with the best impression as to her personality. All the same, good luck to her wherever she heads to next.
