Neverwinter Community Watch

The Community Watch is a recurring format on the weekends that summarizes interesting stories, forum posts, links and news in the Neverwinterverse that are worth reporting, but don’t warrant a full own post. Here’s what happened during the last week:

• The Winter Event started on all platforms this week and several Youtubers have you covered:

• Good news for leftover items from the Gond event. They do not expire!
• The most commented discussion on the official subreddit this week covers DPS companion choices.

PC

• The new Arc Streamer Beta feature has caused a lot of headaches for players. Community Manager Nitocris83 is aware and forwarding the issues.
• The Svardborg Trial has an annoying bug that sometimes locks down the boss. There are some unconfirmed workarounds like relogging at the entrance, but often the issue resolves itself after a few minutes.
• Quite a few users are reporting more crashes than usual.
• It was only a matter of time until the chat report system would see more abuse.

Consoles

• At least the PS4 version still seems to have some issues with items not properly expiring on the Auction House.
• In case you didn’t know: GWFs can hit hard under certain circumstances.
• Sellsword or Con artist for Buff cleric PS4?
• FNHUSA57 shared his Control Wizard DPS build on Youtube.
