Neverwinter Community Watch
The Community Watch is a recurring format on the weekends that summarizes interesting stories, forum posts, links and news in the Neverwinterverse that are worth reporting, but don’t warrant a full own post.
Here’s what happened during the last week:
- With Blakhuntr one of the few regular PC streamers quit the game. Here are his reasons.
- When one career ends, another one starts. This guy had tons of fun trying out Neverwinter.
- Reddit had to survive a small moderation drama. Having the same people moderating multiple sites is indeed bad in terms of transparency and accountability, but it’s not likely to change.
- In Sunday’s showcase of best builds, we give you Ironzerg vs. Metallives!
- Speaking of Ironzerg: He delivered another guide flavored with his usual comical style. It’s about how to properly hug Goristo!
- Do we need more videos of OP GWFs soloing content? No! Does it keep people from doing it? No! Absolutely not!
- In case you like theorycrafting, let Xbox player Indy explain you the term ‘value’ in MMOs.
- Everybody but Cryptic thinks they should be a bit more forthcoming with mechanics and explanations. Latest example is the Demon Slayer boon.
- Some classes might need tuning, but one guy claims the Ranger is a mess.
- ARC user @arcofortep12 is currently trying to break the world record in posted builds per minute. His guides are controversial though, because not all aspects seem to be well-researched.
- Guys, don’t ask stuff like this as long as our auction house tracker exists!
- While we already know about the New Life Lockbox, the topic is muted for everyone who visits the official board.
- An evergreen: What companion does proc Bondings the best?
- @namrekca recently updated his SW Damnation guide and build.
- Sunday 1on1 tournaments on Xbox are still going strong!
- Turns out the Lagadin is actually a true build. Why are you doing this to us?!
- Here’s your weekly treat of high level PVP.
Some classes might need tuning, but the Ranger is a mess.
That thread on the forums is pretty worthless the comparison is flawed all over the place and looking at the threads the person posted before it is clear to see that its a bad player blaming the game for being unable to come up with a good build and/or appreciation for the class he plays.
Streamers have and will not be big in MMOs apart from WoW maybe, every person who dedicates his time into it must have either real passion or is delusional.
@namrekca recently updated his SW Damnation guide and build.
One look at the Ability Scores and everybody can see this is not a build this is just somebody posting what he took.
