Neverwinter Weekender: Getting Ready for Omu on Consoles

The Neverwinter Weekender is our weekly column that contains everything you need to know to have some fun along the Sword Coast on the weekends! We’ll inform you guys about the events across all platforms, preview and review them as well as hand out some tips and guides. This is the perfect spot to start off your adventures!

As the “Lost City of Omu” release nears on consoles, there not much hype around the event calendar this weekend. There’s the usual 2x Experience before updates on Xbox/PS4 and PC players get one of the worse 2x events in Glory. Additionally all players can buy items in the “Services” category of the ZEN Market at 20% off.

Because there is not too much happening right now, we can already look forward to some events next week. First of all Julia will do a maintenance stream for Module 13 on Tuesday. This is news because she refused to throw one for PC in February, citing a high possibility that the stream will get “negative feedback in general”. So she either changed her mind or was able to plan ahead this time. Either way, it’s happening.

Then, next Thursday, the community event for this month, a PVP with the devs, is scheduled. The way to sign up for it is to post your handle into the corresponding thread on the official subreddit. Please note that it’s hosted on the preview server. So you have to have access to that and copy your character over.
