Xbox GH20 Guild “Ladies of Neverwinter” Gets Stolen And Disbanded

Welp guys, looks like it happened again! Guilds that got stolen, hacked or sold have a disconcerting regular appearance on our site and the “Ladies of Neverwinter” joined this infamous club. News broke on the Facebook Xbox group on Thursday that the GH20 guild might have been disbanded. More reports kept coming in and later an admin of the Ladies confirmed that their guild indeed had been deleted.

One Leader Went Rogue

We’re still working through all the details, but it appears that one of the leaders went rogue, kicked all members and then left the guild himself, effectively disbanding it. It’s unclear at this point whether the Ladies have a chance of getting their guild back through support. While it’s definitely a suspicious action, kicking members and disbanding the guild is within the power of a rank 7 member. So it might be just another example of why players are calling for more safety nets when it comes to guild management.

The Ladies of Neverwinter were founded in June of 2015 and have stayed at or near capacity since May of 2016. The Ruthless Alliance, of which they are an original member of, has six GH20s, and five were built within the past twelve months. They claim to be the first alliance to actively swap helms to maximize build efficiency, and that the movement grew out of the work done by the Ladies. The Alliance features somewhere between 1,200 and 1,300 people. Until the situation is sorted out, the kicked members have found temporary homes within their alliance. If they need to rebuild, the resounding call has been that members are on board.

Can the guild be reinstated?

We certainly hope that support will be able to reinstate the guild like they did with Midnight Express. Stuff like this can’t completely be avoided, but it always shocking when it happens. Especially in a case like the Ladies, where the leaders have known themselves for years and never though that something like this could happen.

My old guild The Order of the Sacred Fist was stolen in a similar fashion. It had been renamed “Faith of the Dragon” but, more the point. Do not this happen to your guild and your peeps. 1 rank 7. You. And only you. Support would only respond with “we don’t get involved.”
The NW community is an extremely toxic environment. As this is my first experience in an mmo, I’m not sure if it’s this way with all mmo’s or otherwise. I will end this with People suck. The End.

I was in The Ladies an I was online when daemon kicked all.the members. It does seem bizarre that this has happened as another of the guild founders was this blokes wife. As is stands no one seems to know why exactly this has happened and if they do they are keeping it very quiet.

The claim of being the first Alliance to swap helms is not actually true. Dragon Dynasty Alliance was actually the first to do this and had the highest number of Guild levels for almost 7 months. Before a few others bought their way to the top..
