Have I ever told you that I'm a genius?

(Oh... damn... now I feel like I need to come up with something I could write in the persona of Tristopher Chettlebell.)

If you see through that massive wall of bullshit, all you are going to see is "OP and SW rework, TR and HR fixes/boosts/nerfs". The rest is just hot air.

I have no doubt that this post was rewritten several times and vetted by the higher-ups/legal team. I think that it was posted only as an attempt to alleviate some of the complaining especially in regards to Coalgate. Not that it helped but the attempt was made.

We've never had a "State of the Game" in the 3 years the game has been around so why now? Something pushed them to do it.

IIRC the Squez did a State of the Game early on.

"As we roll into June we will be celebrating our three-year anniversary. It is going to be an awesome celebration and we are updating the festivities. A new module will be released that focuses on guilds and several other systems during that time period. "

Probably the first public statement on we know what mod 10 will be about.

Are you sure that the target of that blog post was the players base?
It's a marketing hype, something that you write to make the boss of the boss happy and maybe some other stakeholders.

The brutal reality..

Putting aside my axe grinding, this is probably Neverwinter's spin on STO's fleet armadas.

It is just an example to show the gap between hypes and the feeling of the players: nothing against Evolve. I don't play it, so no comments about.

That review is Awesome. And so true. Hunt is fantastic if you have a few friends that play but public play does suck thats why we switched to friend play.

Wasn't mod 7 focused on Guilds? Perhaps I was distracted by the grind :)

I stand corrected. I didn't start playing until first part of December, 2013. If it was after that, I may have forgotten. Senior moment and all :)
Thanks Kamalicious. I appreciate the correction.

The Squez was the one who said they'd be getting to Foundry improvements, like, real soon.
