Neverwinter Ravenloft’s Tarokka system has two aspects attached to it. First of all you can use your cards to add challenge and rewards to a Hunt, and second completing the set let’s players claim an unique artifact. No matter what you want cards for, alternate level 70 characters can help you with both tasks once you’ve completed the campaign on at least one toon. The last task “Bride to Be” that unlocks the Castle Ravenloft dungeon is an account unlock and automatically completes for each level 70 of the account once a main gained access to it.

Since the task also grants one Random Tarokka High Card, you can effectively generate a card with every level 70 alt, even if the toon has never been to Ravenloft. For big accounts it’s a nice way to complete the high cards or get additional ones for hunting purposes. By the way: This is not limited to characters that are already 70. You can also start bringing up new toons now and claim the pack as soon as they reach the max level.
