Neverwinter Weekender: Stronghold, Seals and Sales

weekenderlogoThe Neverwinter Weekender is our weekly column that contains everything you need to know to have some fun along the Sword Coast on the weekends! We’ll inform you guys about the events across all platforms, preview and review them as well as hand out some tips and guides. This is the perfect spot to start off your adventures!

Goodbye Portobello

Some interesting weeks with Double Refining, Double Astral Diamonds and the Day of the Dungeon Master event have passed. Did you get the Beholder Mount, a new legendary weapon or amassed rough ADs? Especially the Portobello event is very unique and always a breeze of fresh air on the calendar, although the campaign rewards are outdated by now. Well maybe with exception of the Wand, which is still being used to trigger some exploits…

After these great weeks event wise, the calendar now cools off a bit. All platforms get Stronghold related stuff that you can’t really farm. Consoles can trade in the stuff they have for Guild Marks on a Double weekend and get a complementary sale. PC users get double Shards in anticipation of the Shroud of Souls Stronghold update on May 2nd, but the amount of quests that are affected are capped.

The Seals discount on PC however can be farmed by running more dungeons than usual. There’s also a companion sale, which at this point is probably only interesting for completionists. But in case you’re looking for some bargains, you can always check our ZEN guide.

We hope you guys will enjoy the weekend with our overview! In case you have any questions or remarks, make sure to put them in the comments or visit the corresponding thread on our message board!
