The Neverwinter Weekender is our weekly column that contains everything you need to know to have some fun along the Sword Coast on the weekends! We’ll inform you guys about the events across all platforms, preview and review them as well as hand out some tips and guides. This is the perfect spot to start off your adventures!
Double Guild Marks and Pack Sale
All platforms get Double Guild Marks and a Pack Sale this weekend. Especially on PC some players might have been waiting for this to trade in their vouchers form Siege. Just know that there will also be a Guild Mark Discount coming up in March. So make sure to just stockpile Guild Marks and spend them later.
PVP Solo Queue
*Sigh*. Last week we reported why a Double Glory event doesn’t make any sense without being accompanied by something that make PVP a bit more compelling and this week consoles get the Solo Queue. You don’t have to understand every reasoning… Again: Please pair those!
Meanwhile the extent of the queue “tests” are still not known. We haven’t heard any comment from the devs about how they are going to use the gathered data. Looks like the Solo Queue at least will be a frequent occurrence in the event schedule, which doesn’t really hurt. But unless there’s some substantial change to the PVP system as a whole the hype won’t last too long.
Day of the Dungeon Master
We were speculating that the lack of events on the preview schedule would not make live and indeed there have been some additions. The Day of the Dungeon Master will return in March and run for a full month again. Another notable sighting is the next Double Refining event, which will take place from April 13th to April 17th.
We hope you guys will enjoy the weekend with our overview! In case you have any questions or remarks, make sure to put them in the comments or visit the corresponding thread on our message board!
