How to Prepare for a Potential Black Friday Sale

If you’re looking for major bargains in Neverwinter, the upcoming months will certainly please you. Both Black Friday (Nov 24th) as well as Christmas normally feature full 40% or 50% sales on the ZEN market. Make Sure to Have Your ZEN Ready

Which begs another question: How do you prepare for such a sale? First and foremost, make sure to have your ZEN ready way before Black Friday. On PC there’s already a massive backlog and you need to wait ten or more days until your ADs get exchanged. So it’s still enough time, but you have to hurry. Even if you are able to still exchange ZEN on the 24th, it will come at a higher price than currently due to the high demand. Anticipating and trading ZEN in advance is what can safe you a lot of trouble, and ADs.

Of course you can always buy ZEN with real money and have them available immediately. In that case though you want to wait until the last second to profit from charge bonuses or charge promotions that usually pop up on Black Friday. Know What You Want to Buy

It also helps to have a list of stuff you want to go for. Again: We don’t know the extent of the sale and maybe you also can’t be sure that all your exchange offers get processed in time. So it can be hard to plan with an absolute amount of ZEN. What I would do is prioritize the stuff and work through your list from top to bottom. Spend What You Have

If the Black Friday sale turns out to be 40% or 50%, there’s almost no point of saving up ZEN. There won’t likely be a better opportunity down the road. Even if you don’t absolutely need all the stuff yourself, you will be able to re-sell the items with profit later on. Especially Coalescent Wards and Preservation Wards are always needed and players will be willing to spend the regular, non-discounted price a few weeks later. The ZAX exchange is also likely to fall, making the ZEN you still own less valuable.

After all, it ain’t that complicated. Exchange your ZEN now, know what you want to buy and spend everything you have! That’s what those massive sales like Black Friday are known for!
